Digital products (Lightroom presets)

Because presets are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. If a file is faulty, incomplete or will not install, write to me within 14 days of purchase and I will send a working copy or, if the problem cannot be solved, refund you in full.

Fine art prints

Every print is made to order by my print partner on museum-grade paper. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the print and its packaging, and I will send a free replacement or refund you in full. As each print is made especially for you, I cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

Delivery

Prints are produced within 1–3 working days and delivered in 6–10 working days to the UK, EU, US and Canada, or 6–15 working days elsewhere. Prints ship unframed. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
