Who I am

This website is run by Maya Santoro, a wildlife and underwater photographer based in the UK. I am responsible for the personal data collected through mayasantoro.com.

What I collect

When you buy something, I receive your name, email address, billing details and, for prints, your delivery address. When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email and message. The site also uses cookies for essential functions and, with your consent, for anonymous statistics.

How I use it

Only to deliver your order (including passing your delivery details to my print partner), send your download links, answer your messages and keep the records the law requires. I never sell your data. If you join my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it

Payments are handled securely by the site's payment providers; I never see your full card details. The site is hosted by Wix, and prints are produced and shipped by creativehub.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it is used. Write to maysa.santoro1@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
